The Berlin-based law firm RAUE has promoted several lawyers at the start of the year. The appointments cover various career levels and practice areas.

Specifically, RAUE has promoted the following lawyers:
Fabian Klein has been appointed equity partner.
He advises and represents clients in construction and Architectural Law, focusing on Litigation and Arbitration proceedings. He has also been involved in large and complex construction projects for many years, representing builders, contractors and planners in particular.
Louise Fußy has been appointed Associate Partner.
Her practice focuses on Corporate and Transaction Law, particularly M&A and Financing projects. She specialises in transactions in the Healthcare and Energy sectors, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Corporate Restructuring and Infrastructure projects. She also advises on Association and Foundation Law and Private Clients.
The following have been appointed as Counsels:
- Helena Schutte – she advises on Energy and Climate Protection Law as well as on ESG issues with a focus on the Environment, Climate and Energy. Another focus of her work is ESG-related Litigation.
- Conrad Fritz – he practises Family and Inheritance Law and advises Private Clients in particular
- Till Bitter – he advises on Corporate, M&A and Financing Law with a focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital as well as Corporate Restructuring.
The following have been appointed as Senior Associates: Lara Behrens, who works in Litigation and Real Estate Law, and Benedikt Schwarzkopf, who specialises in German and European Antitrust Law.
