Raue has elected Dr Arne Dittloff (Public Commercial Law) to equity partner with effect from 1 January 2025. Xenia Knoll (Labour and Employment Law) and Dr Fabian Klein (Litigation, Private Construction and Architects’ Law) were appointed associate partners at the turn of the year.

Dr Arne Dittloff is an expert in public commercial law. He has been advising companies and the public sector at Raue since 2016, representing their interests in complex disputes before the administrative courts. In environmental and planning law, investors, project developers and authorities benefit from his in-depth knowledge of the approval of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Arne Dittloff also specialises in public media law, particularly in the areas of broadcasting, protection of minors and advertising. In recent years, he has made a name for himself with a number of groundbreaking landmark decisions in the areas of access to information and press information law. Xenia Knoll is a lawyer and certified specialist for labour and employment law. She started her career at Raue in 2016 and advises national and international companies on all individual and collective labour law issues, in particular on drafting contracts and protection against dismissal. She represents companies and executives in labour court proceedings throughout Germany. Another focus of her work is employee data protection. Xenia Knoll is listed in Best Lawyers®/Handelsblatt as ‘Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch’ in the field of litigation.
Dr Fabian Klein, Maître en Droit, has been working as a lawyer at Raue since 2018 and advises national and international companies in all matters of civil law and civil procedure. He specialises in advising architectural firms, construction companies and institutional clients on major construction and infrastructure projects, advising major art studios on national and international art-in-architecture projects and representing his clients in complex litigation before the ordinary courts. In addition, Fabian Klein is listed in Best Lawyers®/Handelsblatt as ‘Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch’ in the area of litigation.
Lisa Schopp (media, press law) has been appointed Counsel. In addition, Dr Emilia Blume (labour and employment), Antonia Bundschuh (public law, energy and climate change), Hinnerk Clausen (corporate, venture capital) and Laura Kleiner (family and inheritance law) have been promoted to Senior Associates.
