  • Successful implementation of plant closures for a manufacturer of electronic components (in 2012), for a kitchen manufacturer (in 2012/2013), and for an online service provider (in 2014), in each case accompanied by negotiations of agreements as to the reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans, the transfer of employees to a transfer company, and negotiations with the IG Metall metalworkers’ union on the conclusion of collectively bargained agreements – a company agreement and a social wage agreement.
  • Advice on the shut-down of two gas-fired power plants, including negotiations for the reconciliation of interests and a social compensation plan (2012-2014)
