This includes a wide range of issues — from compliance with environmental standards and the impact of business practices on climate change (Climate Litigation) to supporting companies confronted with allegations of misleading representation of their ecological practices or products (“Greenwashing”).
Additionally, Raue advises and represents companies and other organizations regarding liability lawsuits based on ESG standard breaches. These actions may be initiated by shareholders, customers, or other stakeholders. Raue also works on proceedings initiated by associations and NGOs related to ESG issues and offers counsel and representation to clients in matters of collective redress in the ESG context.
