Raue Elects Dr. Peter Roegele as Equity Partner and Appoints Three Associate Partners

Raue has elected Associate Partner Dr Peter Roegele (Energy and Climate Change) to Equity Partner with effect from 1 January 2024. Former Counsel Dr Stephanie Wiesner, Dr Jörg Adam (both Healthcare and Life Sciences) and Dr Arne Dittloff (Commercial Administrative Law, Real Estate Law) have been appointed Associate Partners.

Dr Peter Roegele has been a lawyer in Raue’s energy and climate change team since 2015 and has made a name for himself in the market with his advice on energy and financial regulatory law, including in complex litigation Best Lawyers®/Handelsblatt also lists him as “One to Watch” in antitrust law. Peter Roegele advises national and international clients on the development and implementation of large-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects, including the marketing of green energy produced under PPAs. Other areas of focus include electromobility, green finance and digital energy. Peter Roegele regularly advises on innovative energy projects at the interface with the digital economy. His clients benefit from his in-depth knowledge of energy trading and financial regulatory law.

Dr Stephanie Wiesner is a lawyer and certified specialist for medical law. She has been working for Raue in the field of healthcare and life sciences since 2012. One of her main areas of expertise is advising on legal matters relating contract physicians, inter alia in proceedings before licensing authorities. She also advises care companies on nursing home and remuneration law and quality audits and hospitals on regulatory issues. Dr Jörg Adam, lawyer and certified specialist for medical law, has been working for Raue in the field of healthcare and life sciences since 2009. He advises pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers on manufacturing and regulatory issues, CE marking and reimbursement. He is also an expert in tissue and transplantation law. Jörg Adam advises companies, hospitals, research institutions and universities on commercial administrative law, in particular hospital planning and financing, food law, automotive law, the granting and recovery of public subsidies and the implementation and financing of research projects. Dr. Arne Dittloff has been a lawyer at Raue since 2016 and advises companies as well as federal, state, and local authorities comprehensively on commercial administrative law and represents their interests in contentious proceedings before the administrative and civil courts. His focus is on advising investors, project developers and the public sector on planning and environmental law in construction and infrastructure projects and complex approval procedures. Arne Dittloff also specializes in public media law (broadcasting, youth protection, access to information and press information law).
