As in previous years, the German news magazine FOCUS has published a special edition “Top Lawyers 2021”, a list of the leading lawyers and commercial law firms in Germany. Raue was again named one of Germany’s top commercial law firms 2021 (FOCUS-Spezial Recht & Rat, 2021).
Raue is again included in the overall list of top commercial law firms as well as being recommended in various areas of expertise. According to FOCUS research, Raue is one of the leading commercial law firms in Germany in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Media and Press, Healthcare & Pharmacy, and Corporate Law. A new addition to the ranks of awards this year is Raue’s Labour and Employment Law practice.
Between February and April 2021, around 10,600 lawyers in commercial law firms and 3,100 lawyers in corporate legal departments were invited via an online survey to name particularly recommendable commercial law firms in 22 areas of law. FactField’s independent research analysts have compiled an overall list of Germany’s top commercial law firms from the recommendations, as well as top lists by practice area. Within the lists, the commercial law firms are sorted in alphabetical order. Recommendations for one’s own law firm were not permitted.
