Raue LLP has elected Dr. Friedemann Eberspächer as Partner and Dr. Felix Stang as Associate Partner. Dr. Jan Sorge and Dr. Peter Roegele were promoted to Senior Associates.
Dr. Friedemann Eberspächer is a partner in the areas of corporate, M&A and finance as well as private equity and venture capital. His clients include national and global companies, start-ups and private individuals, whom he advises on corporate law issues, management and supervisory board matters, transactions and company successions. Dr. Eberspächer was a lawyer with Linklaters from 2009 to 2011 before joining Raue in 2011.
Dr. Felix Stang has been working at Raue LLP in the area of copyright and media law since 2011. He advises and represents rights holders and exploiters, publishing houses, film productions, collecting societies, artists, art collections and cultural institutions as well as e-commerce platforms. He also represents companies on press law matters in crisis situations, advises architects on copyright matters and assists in the restitution of works of art.
