Raue has elected former Counsel Dr Peter Roegele as Associate Partner effective from 1 January 2023.
Dr. Peter Roegele has been a lawyer in Raue‘s “Regulated Industries” team since 2015. With a focus on energy and climate change as well as financial regulatory law, he helps clients implementing new business concepts as well as representing them in often complex proceedings. Covering all aspects of the energy law spectrum, Peter Roegele is particularly takes care of the future topic of e-mobility while regularly advising innovative energy projects in the field of digital economy. This aspect is – in addition to the area of energy trading – also a focus of his financial regulatory expertise, particularly in advising crowdfunding projects. Since the Russian attack on Ukraine, advice on sanctions law issues has also become very relevant for his practice.
Manuel Milde (employment law) and Dr. Fabian Klein (litigation and arbitration) were appointed as counsels. Counsel form the next generation of successful and dedicated lawyers in Raue’s career model. The position of Counsel enables individual further development and strengthening of the career on the way to equity partnership.
Lucy Chebout and Dr. Conrad Fritz (both Family and Inheritance Law) were promoted to Senior Associates.
