Raue is expanding its strategic human resources development by extending the continuing education program for its 80 lawyers at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. As an internationally active business law firm, Raue is cooperating with the renowned Bucerius Executive Education in Hamburg.
The customised program for Raue CAMPUS is tailored to the needs of the law firm and rounds off the overall offering with content on business topics, social skills and on the topics of resilience and stress management, which are becoming increasingly important in our times. “The expansion of Raue CAMPUS came about at the explicit request of our associates, and we were happy to comply,” explains Christine Pananis, HR Director at Raue. “Our previous offering has been expanded in a target group-oriented way through the cooperation with Bucerius Executive Education. With the new training concept, we can offer important continuing education content beyond the technical content in a presence that corresponds to the pillars of our campus “Knowledge, Experience and Development.“”
As is the case with all Bucerius Executive Education academy customers, Raue’s curriculum is jointly updated and adapted on an annual basis. This results in a wide-ranging, constantly evolving offering with continuing education courses in the areas of business, business development, innovation and leadership, and soft skills. The seminars now enable the professionals even better to acquire the necessary skills along their own personal career track.
The new Raue CAMPUS thus integrates external training experts to a greater extent than before and pays particular attention to the application and transfer of the content learned into everyday work. “That was great! Mr. Hornig gave us so many useful tips that can make working life much easier. I wish I had attended such an event 10 years ago,” reports Dr. Arne Dittloff, Counsel in Public Law about “a seminar on stress management and resilience for lawyers”. And Dr. Jakob Degen, Senior Associate in Labor Law, adds: “Raue CAMPUS was already a good thing before, but now with the Bucerius courses, it offers us a much more comprehensive program that is constantly being adapted and allows associates to contribute with topics and suggestions“.
