WirtschaftsWoche has named Raue’s employment law practice “TOP LAW FIRM 2021” and recommended Dr. Gernod Meinel as “TOP LAWYER 2021” for labour and employment law.
The partners Dr. Gernod Meinel, Prof. Dr. Sascha Herms and Judith Heyn advise on all employment law issues. The employment law team also includes Counsel Dr. Vanessa Schwiegershausen as well as Senior Associates Xenia Knoll and Manuel Milde and Associates Dr. Jakob Degen and Dr. Simon Biehl. The focus of their practice is on corporate restructuring, collective bargaining negotiations with unions and works councils, executive and supervisory board matters, and termination of employment.
The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) surveyed more than 4900 lawyers from 270 law firms for the ranking. The jury consisting of Nicolás Knille (Telefónica Deutschland), Daniela Loy (Osram), Jörg Staff (Fiducia & Gad IT) and Alexander Zumkeller (ABB) selected 61 law firms and 120 recommended lawyers for the area of employment law from this list.
