Raue LLP advises labfolder GmbH on a seven digit growth financing which is to be invested in the software platform’s further development as well as in marketing and international distribution.
labfolder is a documentation and planning tool for laboratory research that digitally connects the entire laboratory environment – data, teams, workflows, devices and materials – and thereby simplifies the finding of data to answer scientific questions. Established in 2013, labfolder aims to help scientists to focus on their Research.
The present financing round was led by lead investor Charité Biomedical Fund (CBF-1), a fund managed by Peppermint VenturePartners. Exisiting investors VC Fonds Technologie Berlin (managed by IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft) and Vogel Ventures as well as business angels Jan Bohl und Dr. Wolfgang Vahrson also invested.
