Effective 1 January 2013 RAUE LLP has elected Dr. Robert Heine to the partnership and promoted Dr. Valentin Todorow to associate partner. Both lawyers have been with Raue LLP and its predecessor Hogan & Hartson Raue LLP since 2007.
Dr. Heine focuses on IP, media and trademark matters. His clients include well-known companies from the media and technology sector, such as Axel Springer, N24 and Sky. In addition, he represents a number of collecting societies, including VG Media before the arbitration board in legal proceedings according to the copyright administration act.
Dr. Todorow advises on matters of architectural law, real estate law and in civil litigation proceedings. In addition to numerous renowned architectural firms Dr. Todorow advises clients and investors from the real estate industry. Complex civil litigation proceedings and divorce cases are further key areas.
