Raue advised the founders of the Berlin online shop for bedroom furniture Bruno Interior GmbH on the sale to the RUF Group, which is held by NORD Holding. Completion of the transaction is still subject to approval by the Federal Cartel Office. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
Bruno Interior GmbH, Berlin distributes nationally and internationally high-quality designer box spring beds and sofa beds exclusively via its online channel. The previous managing partners will remain on board after the acquisition by the RUF Group and support the existing management of the RUF Group with their online expertise.
