As part of the 5th European Automotive and Mobility Services Conference of the IBA on 27 March 2025, Dr Nadine Hartung, Partner at Raue, will moderate the panel discussion on ‘Navigating Internal Challenges in the Automotive Sector: Restructuring, HR, and Compliance’ together with Oliver Künzler (Wenger Plattner, Zurich, Switzerland; Vice Chair, European Regional Forum) as session/workshop chair.
The focus will be on key challenges arising from the economic, regulatory and technological upheavals in the automotive industry, such as disruptions in the supply chain, restructuring and relocation of production sites, legal and compliance issues and international sanctions. Human resources issues, skills shortages and labour law in the EU will also be discussed. Another key topic is the influence of technological innovations and changing consumer behaviour on the industry.
