Raue advised the shareholders of Diederichs Karosserieteile GmbH on the sale of the company to ITAL Holding.
Founded in 1967, Diederichs Karosserieteile GmbH specializes in automotive replacement parts. The company offers a wide range of lighting systems, cooling components, mirrors, and other accessories for the independent aftermarket.
The buyer is ITAL Holding SAS, a portfolio company of Naxicap Partners. The ITAL Holding Group distributes accessories for the automotive sector and pursues a growth strategy through organic expansion and targeted acquisitions.
Raue advised the shareholders throughout the entire sale process. The advisory services included structuring and negotiating the complex transaction as well as providing support through to its successful completion. The cross-border transaction required close coordination between the parties involved in Germany and France.
