E.CA Economics is among the leading economic consulting firms in the DACH region specializing in competition economics. The company advises clients in particular on merger control, antitrust, and regulatory proceedings and operates offices in Berlin, Brussels, London, and Munich.
Berkeley Research Group (BRG) employs more than 1,600 professionals across more than 40 offices worldwide. For BRG, the transaction represents an expansion of its European competition economics practice and a stronger presence in the German market. By joining forces, the two firms are combining their competition economics expertise in Europe and expanding their capabilities, particularly in cross-border merger and antitrust proceedings.
