Raue LLP has advised the Munich-based investment company Paragon Partners on the acquisition of UNICEPTA Medienanalyse GmbH based in Cologne. Paragon Partners is replacing a group of private investors. Management continues to be significantly involved.
Raue LLP has been advising Paragon Partners for years, most recently on the acquisition of a majority stake in Novagraaf as well as on the sale of „Wer liefert was“ to CAPVIS.
Paragon Partners, founded in 2004, is an independent owner-managed private equity fund with 650 million euro under management. Paragon Partners invests in mid-sized companies pursuing investments in private equity in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
