Raue LLP has advised the founders of the Berlin Strategy and Design Agency CDLX (formerly Codeluxe) on the sale of 51 % of the stake to the European e-business specialist Osudio.
Founded in 2005, CDLX is an expert in implementing world-class digital designs and solutions for corporate culture and brands. Osudio’s customer portfolio includes international brand manufacturers such as Miele, Carlsberg, Philips and Goodyear.
