Raue has advised Televic Rail, one of the world’s leading providers of communication technology for the railway market headquartered in Belgium, on the acquisition of its German competitor GSP Sprachtechnologie. GSP Sprachtechnologie is a Berlin-based provider of on-board passenger information systems for trains, trams and underground trains with more than 240 employees. Televic Rail acquired 100 percent of GSP Sprachtechnologie, thereby expanding its access to the German market and the entire DACH region.
Raue advised Televic Rail throughout the acquisition process in Germany up to completion, including transactional, corporate, antitrust, real estate and labour law aspects of the transaction.
