Raue has advised Paragon Partners on the sale of dtms GmbH, the leading provider of customer intelligence technologies in German-speaking countries, to net group Beteiligungen. The transaction creates the number two in the market for value-added contact center services.
Raue advised Paragon Partners on all corporate aspects of the project. Prof. Dr. Andreas Nelle has advised Paragon Partners for many years on the sales and acquisitions of companies, most recently in March 2018 on the acquisition of UNICEPTA Medienanalyse GmbH, before that on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in IP service provider Novagraaf and on the sale of “Wer liefert was” to CAPVIS. Also, Raue already advised Paragon Partners on the acquisition of dtms Telefon- und Marketing Services GmbH from Netrada Group in 2014.
