Raue advised HAMBURG TEAM Investment Management GmbH (HTIM) on the purchase of a planned senior housing complex in Duisburg’s Buchholz district for the “Hamburg Team Wohnen 70+” fund launched in May this year. The investment volume is 27 million euros. The seller is a consortium of the Duisburg companies Blankbau and GMP Projekt.
After completion at the end of 2021, the senior housing complex at Düsseldorfer Landstrasse 163-169 will have 6,000 sqm of rental space, divided into 108 barrier-free two- and three-room apartments.
Raue regularly advises HTIM on real estate transactions in the healthcare sector, most recently on the acquisition of two senior citizens’ residential homes in Bremen and the surrounding area, where services and outpatient nursing and care services are to be offered in addition to age-appropriate apartments.
