Raue has advised HAMBURG TEAM Investment Management GmbH (HTIM) on the purchase of a planned senior housing complex in Biesenthal near Berlin. The acquisition of the assisted living complex was made as part of a forward deal for the Hamburg Team Wohnen 70+ fund, which specialises in housing for the elderly. The seller is LEONWERT Projekt Biesenthal GmbH. The project development in KfW-40 EE energy-efficient house standard is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
The property in the district of Barnim, which borders Berlin to the north, consists of 69 residential units for assisted living and two shared apartments. In total, the property has a leasable area of around 4,700 sqm. The offer is rounded by a day care facility and an outpatient care service. Gemeinschaftswerk Wohnen und Pflege GmbH” from Nauen (Brandenburg) will be the tenant and operator of the entire facility.
