HAMBURG TEAM Investment Management GmbH (HTIM) has acquired a medical centre in Berlin-Hermsdorf for its “Hamburg Team Urban Theme Real Estate” fund. The property, which consists of three building sections, consists of medical practices, commercial use and six residential units. The seller is Barmenia Krankenversicherung a.G.
The “Hamburg Team Urbane Themenimmobilien” fund, with a total investment volume of 100 million euros, invests in inner-city commercial real estate. Following the recent investment in the newly launched “Hamburg Team Wohnen 70+” fund, which invests exclusively in residential forms suitable for the elderly, Raue provided legal advice to HTIM on this transaction as well.
