Raue, together with Büro Dr. Vogel, advised the pharmaceutical manufacturer DR. KADE on the sale of its former production site in Konstanz, Germany.
What was once the largest office and commercial site in Konstanz has now been split into three separate properties with new owners: Meersburg-based mechanical engineering company CRS Prüftechnik, the entrepreneurial Beshiri family from Konstanz and the Konstanz Yacht Club.
Konstanz was DR. KADE’s second production site from 1962 to 2019, next to the headquarters in Berlin. The former DR. KADE site in Konstanz consists of office, laboratory, warehouse and distribution buildings with a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 13,000 m². In addition, there is a development plan for the site and a positive preliminary building permit for the development of a further 52,000 sqm of gross floor area.
Raue advised DR. KADE on all real estate law issues regarding the sale of the property in Konstanz.
