Raue LLP advises the founders of Flaconi, Björn Kolbmüller and Paul Schwarzenholz, on the sale of Flaconi to Seven Ventures, a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1. With this transaction SevenVentures increases its stake in Flaconi from 47% to 100%.
Flaconi was founded in Berlin in 2010 by Paul Schwarzenholz and Björn Kolbmüller. With an annual turnover of twelve million Euros it is number two behind Douglas on the online market for perfume and cosmetics.
