Raue advised the Berlin-based start-up labforward GmbH, which offers a platform for the digital integration of laboratory equipment and the connectivity of entire workflows consisting of an electronic laboratory journal and a laboratory execution system, on its merger with LabTwin GmbH.
LabTwin is a subsidiary of the life science group Sartorius and a pioneer in voice and AI-supported digital laboratory assistants. Sartorius, as the founder and previous owner of LabTwin, has contributed its business to labforward and has thus become a co-shareholder of labforward GmbH. Other shareholders include PEPPERMINT Venture Partners GmbH, the Swiss company TECAN, the Aachen-based laboratory planning specialist CARPUS, IBB Ventures and Vogel Ventures.
