Raue has advised signals Venture Capital on its investment in a Series B financing round of Everphone GmbH. In total, the financing round amounts to a two digit million amount. Apart from signals Venture Capital (Lead Investor), the new investors include amongst others Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners Management and Cadence Growth Capital.
Everphone is a one-stop-shop that sources, configures, and deploys rental smart-phones and tablets for business customers and organizes repairs and returns, all whilst being seamlessly integrated into a company’s internal IT infrastructure.
