According to the recently published azur100 ranking, Raue is one of the TOP employers for lawyers in Germany and was able to move up to the 42nd place.
The azur100 editorial team particularly emphasized the Raue Mentor Program for associates, the further education provided by the firm’s own Raue Campus as well as the tailor-made training for interns and trainee lawyers. In addition, the introduction of the counsel, the flexible working time models and the good work-life balance were praised.

According to the annual survey of more than 5,000 applicants and young lawyers, legal clerkship trainees at Raue appreciate the “immediate and early work with clients” the most. Associates praise the “good atmosphere, solid working hours, demanding work”, while external lawyers named Raue as a “model law firm” with “a very good working climate and great events”.
