Raue has advised HubSpot on the leasing of new office space in the Berlin Spree Tower. HubSpot opened its Berlin office two years ago and has been growing steadily ever since. The new offices at the Postbahnhof in Berlin-Friedrichshain cover more than 4,500 square meters across eight floors and offer space for 150 additional employees. The new offices will include collaboration spaces, a yoga room and exclusive access to the roof terrace.
HubSpot is one of the leading all-in-one platforms for inbound marketing, sales, CRM and customer service. The platform is based on a powerful free CRM and also includes a marketing hub, a sales hub and a service hub. Founded in 2006, the company now employs over 2,900 people in nine offices worldwide.
