Raue LLP has advised Berlin based startup Uberchord on its second international financing round. Participants included German publishing house Ebner and London based investor Passion Capital.
Uberchord has developed a unique platform around mobile apps that helps users to learn playing musical instruments. Following their participation in the prestigious „Abbey Road Red“ Accelerator program of Abbey Road Studios (London), Uberchord recently announced the signing of a worldwide licensing partnership with Universal Music. In addition, the startup revealed a new version of its virtual guitar teacher with popular songs and the world’s first interactive guitar rhythm trainer (more information here).
Raue LLP has been advising Uberchord since its establishment on all legal issues, for example regarding convertible loans and employee share plans.
