The property, which consists of three building sections, consists of medical practices, commercial use and six residential units. The seller is Barmenia Krankenversicherung a.G.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Hamburg Team Urbane Themenimmobilien&#8221; fund, with a total investment volume of 100 million euros, invests in inner-city commercial real estate.
