The workshop is focusing on the topic &#8220;Financing Rounds: Term Sheet Negotiations&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop will provide startups with first-hand insights from Dr. J\u00f6rg Jaecks, lawyer and partner of Raue, on how to negotiate a term sheet in a financing round in the interest of founder versus the interest of investor.
