Raue LLP advised Vivantes on the acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>Vivantes Forum f\u00fcr Senioren GmbH is a subsidiary of the municipal hospital group Vivantes. With the acquisition of the homes, Vivantes is expanding its offering in the long term to include 17 care facilities in six Berlin districts.<\/p>\n<p>The care of the residents will be continued in all acquired homes, the existing contracts will be taken over by Vivantes. The employment contracts of the employees are transferred to the new municipal operator, which has also taken over the assets necessary for operations.
