On 28 September 2017, an agreement was reached with the works council on the conciliation of interests and on a social plan.<\/p>\n<p>The company is being reorganized into a focused sales organization at a new location in Frankfurt \/ Main featuring a reduced field sales crew. The company&#8217;s own production and R &amp; D activities at the Limburg site will be abandoned.
