The appointments cover various career levels and practice areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Congratulations are extended to all the lawyers who have been promoted. Over the course of many years, they have distinguished themselves through their professional competence, personality and economic success. They shape their respective areas and contribute significantly to the firm&#8217;s overall strength. We are therefore delighted to continue on this path together,\u201d says Markus Plesser, RAUE&#8217;s managing partner.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, RAUE has promoted the following lawyers:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fabian Klein has been appointed equity partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He advises and represents clients in construction and <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/architects-law\/\">Architectural Law<\/a>, focusing on <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/litigation-and-arbitration\/\">Litigation and Arbitration<\/a> proceedings. He has also been involved in large and complex construction projects for many years, representing builders, contractors and planners in particular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Louise Fu\u00dfy has been appointed Associate Partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her practice focuses on Corporate and Transaction Law, particularly <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/corporate-ma-and-finance\/\">M&amp;A and Financing<\/a> projects. She specialises in transactions in the <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/healthcare\/\">Healthcare<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/energy-and-climate-change\/\">Energy<\/a> sectors, <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/private-equity-venture-capital\/\">Private Equity and Venture Capital<\/a>, Corporate Restructuring and Infrastructure projects. She also advises on Association and Foundation Law and Private Clients.<\/p>\n<p>The following have been appointed as <strong>Counsels<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Helena Schutte<\/strong> \u2013 she advises on <a href=\"https:\/\/raue.com\/en\/energy-and-climate-change\/\">Energy and Climate Protection Law<\/a> as well as on ESG issues with a focus on the Environment, Climate and Energy.
