The case concerned whether the Media Authority Hamburg\/Schleswig-Holstein (MA HSH), represented by Raue, could determine that the service &#8216;Facebook&#8217; had violated transparency obligations and demand compliance.<\/p>\n<p>In its decision, the court found substantial evidence of a violation of these transparency obligations. The Higher Administrative Court left the violations of the E-Commerce Directive, the Digital Services Act and the Platform-to-Business Regulation, which were asserted by Meta, to be clarified in the main proceedings.
