This important strategic step further strengthens the Steag Iqony Group&#8217;s position as a leading provider of climate-friendly heating in Germany. For Uniper, the sale is a condition of compliance with EU state aid rules.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
