For the fifth time in a row, Raue secures a place in the azur list of TOP employers for young lawyers.<\/p>\n

We are particularly pleased with our first place in the ‘Came to stay’ category. In a nationwide comparison, we are the firm that most often takes on its trainee lawyers as associates. We are delighted that our focus on exciting and practical training, as well as a friendly and respectful working environment, is clearly paying off.\"\"<\/p>\n

In the survey, employees praised our wide range of training opportunities, regular work area meetings, external training courses and internal training programmes. In particular, they highlighted “a highly recommended stress management seminar”. Associates also praised the “integration of ChatGPT solutions” and the integration of AI into the firm’s day-to-day work.<\/p>\n

Every year, azur publishes a list of the top 100 employers for lawyers. The azur editorial team surveys both applicants and associates, who are then included in an overall assessment based on further data and key figures from the law firms.<\/p>\n
