Unite is a DECT-based wireless communication system that complements Televic’s current offering with additional wireless presentation, mobile interpretation and voice switching capabilities. The acquisition of the Unite product range supports Televic’s growth ambitions to be the global reference in the communications engineering and technology market.<\/p>\n
Raue comprehensively advised Televic throughout the acquisition process with beyerdynamic up to the closing.<\/p>\n
Raue has been advising Televic Group on its corporate activities in Germany for several years. Among other things, Raue advised the group’s Televic Rail NV division on the acquisition of its German competitor GSP Sprachtechnologie in 2019.<\/p>\n
