With HydrogenOne and Foresight, two private equity investors are taking a stake in the green energy company HH2E. The HH2E founders and board members retain the majority of the shares.<\/p>\n<p>The two new investors HydrogenOne and Foresight have also concluded a framework agreement on direct co-investments in HH2E projects with HH2E and will provide a substantial part of the development and construction capital for five major projects. These large-scale projects with total costs of more than 500 million euros are to be realised at industrial sites throughout Germany. The aim is to supply industrial companies on a large scale with green, climate-neutral hydrogen produced on site.
