The investment is still subject to investment approval by the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Helsing focuses on the development of artificial intelligence for use in defense. The start-up was founded at the beginning of 2021 by Torsten Reil, Niklas K\u00f6hler and Gundbert Scherf. Helsing had already raised 8.5 million euros in seed capital in spring 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Prima Materia is a European investment company founded by Spotify co-founder and CEO Daniel Ek.<\/p>\n<p>Raue advised Prima Materia on all legal aspects of the investment in Helsing under German law.<\/p>\n<p>(27.
