The acquisition of the assisted living complex was made as part of a forward deal for the Hamburg Team Wohnen 70+ fund, which specialises in housing for the elderly. The seller is LEONWERT Projekt Biesenthal GmbH. The project development in KfW-40 EE energy-efficient house standard is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The property in the district of Barnim, which borders Berlin to the north, consists of 69 residential units for assisted living and two shared apartments. In total, the property has a leasable area of around 4,700 sqm. The offer is rounded by a day care facility and an outpatient care service.
