New legal requirements aim to implement equitable and discrimination-free compensation and advancement opportunities for employees, regulations for flexible working hours, or the obligation to monitor one&#8217;s own supply chain concerning human rights compliance (Supply Chain Act).<\/p>\n<p>Diversity and inclusion, meaning the promotion of a diverse and inclusive work environment with respect to gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, religion, and disability, are becoming increasingly important.<\/p>\n<p>The possibilities to structure and implement internal regulations for corporate ethics that incorporate new requirements or go beyond them are varied.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, more and more companies are redefining the relationship between employees and company \u2014 through participation of employees in business decisions or in the success of the business.
