As part of the Campus, we offer training courses internally within the firm and with external partners, also covering soft skills such as negotiation strategies. Applicants and young professionals alike rate Raue as a highly desirable employer in the relevant rankings. It is important to us to achieve a balance between male and female employees in our teams.
