Raue LLP advised Enovos Luxembourg S.A. on the sale of its entire German biogas plant portfolio to BALANCE Erneuerbare Energien GmbH (BEE), a 100% subsidiary of the VNG Group. The portfolio consists of a total of five biogas plants at locations in Saxony-Anhalt (Haldensleben-Satuelle and Oebisfelde) and Lower Saxony (Buchholz in der Nordheide). At the same time, BEE will take over the operational management staff. The purchase is subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
