Raue LLP advised GASAG Group on bundling its energy services in a new subsidiary, GASAG Solution Plus GmbH. As of April 1, 2017 GASAG Solution Plus GmbH offers comprehensive infrastructure and energy services for large projects from a single source.
Up to now, various units within GASAG Group have offered services to customers in industry, real estate, public authorities or health care, such as neighborhood planning, contracting, smart metering or energy management. These services have now been merged into the new central subsidiary GASAG Solution Plus GmbH. For this purpose, two subsidiaries, umetriq Metering Service GmbH and GASAG Contracting GmbH, were merged including all employees. Furthermore, additional energy services activities from within the GASAG Group were transferred to the new unit.
