Where a project is international, we will work together with partner firms in the corresponding jurisdictions who specialize in the relevant field. It is important to us that, from the outset, our young colleagues work independently and take full responsibility for what they do, while benefiting from the guidance of our experienced lawyers. Our internal training system “Raue Campus” promotes the professional growth and ongoing education of our attorneys. Besides imparting knowledge in the respective field, the Campus courses focus on developing soft skills, e.g. in workshops on communications, presentation, or negotiation strategies.
