Raue LLP has advised the founders of Munich-based Refined Labs on the sale of the company to Visual IQ. Established in 2007, Refined Labs is a leading German attribution and customer journey analytics provider. Its solutions help agencies and companies to control and optimize their online marketing activities. Refined Lab offers inter alia advanced measurement, search performance management and TV measurement solutions.
Visual IQ produces the world’s most powerful cross channel marketing attribution software products. As a pioneer in the space, the company has been offering products since 2006. The acquisition will strengthen Visual IQ’s presence in EMEA.
