Raue LLP advises US-based sporting goods manufacturer Under Armour on the rental of its first German headquarters in Munich. Showroom, workplaces, and office space as well as an additional outdoor workout area encompass approximately 1,300 square meters.
Under Armour is the second largest sporting goods manufacturer in the US-market and plans to expand its European business. 30 employees are working in the new headquarters which the label intends to use as the base for developing the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. Under Armour is this year aiming for sales of more than 3.5 billion Euros globally and is regarded as one of the strongest growing companies in the industry.
