Together with Deutsche Börse Venture Network, Raue LLP will host a Community Workshop on 25 January 2018, starting at 5:30 pm. The workshop on Employment Law is the second of a series of events to help founders deal with the legal basics every startup faces. Coming up also are workshops Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and ICO and for IP/IT and data protection law.
This workshop will provide startups with first-hand insights from Manuel Milde, lawyer of Raue LLP, on how to deal with employment law from early stage onwards. He will talk about the distinction between employees and freelancers, fixed term employment contracts, minimum wage, principle of equal treatment, and the termination of employment relationships.
At the same time, the founders are invited to connect with other members of the Deutsche Börse Venture Network as well as with further startup lawyers of Raue LLP in a relaxed and informal setting with food and drinks.
